We have on many occasions attending vehicles with small children locked inside the car and understandably very distrested parents.
We would advise anyone experiancing this situation to call us first and then remain calm for the sake of the child as we have found if the parents become distrested then usually this will make the child very agitated and will in most cases result in the child moving from seat to seat inside the car, which is not recommended due to the possibility of the handbrake being released by the child by mistake or worst still engaging the gears if the engine is still running.
