We all know how modern ways have changed many garages and in most cases the customer only deals with the front desk, but we prefere to keep an old aproach and give the opertunity for the costomer to speak directly with the person that is working on there car if they so wish.

For those that dont understand all the modern day terms such ECU, Temp Sensor,air flow meter and so on we are willing to explain in simply plain english what all this means and how it effects the car and why they are experiancing propblems ensuring the customer fully understands what they are paying for and why. We have found over the years this approach if far more acceptable than the simple mehtod of taking the vehicle, repairing and handing back with an invoice. We believe that most people would genuinly like to understand how there car works and why things go wrong and we are there at all times to help explain this.

When we attend your vehicle on the road whether it be mechanicle failure or an accident you will always find our patrols and recovery drivers freindly and willing to help.
